Twilight Wheat malt is made using the Dutch (e.g. “Münich”) kilning protocol. It has notes of almond and toast and is well-suited for winter seasonals, improving foam retention and mouth-feel in any beer style. Twilight Wheat can also be cooked whole for use in grain salads, stews, or porridge breads, and coarsely or finely milled for straight addition to bread and pastry doughs.
