Toasted Oats Hazy and full bodied with notes of burnt straw and toasted bread. It is a versatile ingredient adding color, body and mouth-feel to stout, porter, and IPA recipes. Hulless varieties have similar culinary applications as toasted wheat & spelt. In baking specifically, it can add tenderness to and loft to recipes.
