Made with yellow and blue non-GMO locally grown corn seasonally, this malt is clean and sweet with subtle notes of straw. Pale Corn malt does not require gelatinization and lightens body, color, and flavor in all recipes. Perfect for American lager, kölsch-style, cream ale, and maize spirit recipes. It can be coarsely milled and cooked for porridge breads, or finely milled for straight additions to bread or pastries.
