Oats are the inspiration behind this malthouse ale. Malted oats grown in Pennsylvania and kilned in two distinct ways provide the ale’s foundation. #011 is hopped with Saaz and Hallertau Mittelfrueh, fermented in stainless with our house mixed culture and conditioned in bottles for at least one year.
