Beetroot Rye Bread from our friends at Lost Bread Co. was the inspiration behind this recipe. Made with barley, rye, and twenty loaves of bread. Hopped with our estate grown Zeus and Casdade hops, mixed fermented in stainless, and conditioned in bottles for at least one year.
