Table Bread from our friends at Lost Bread Co. was the inspiration behind this recipe. Made with spelt, wheat, rye, barley and twenty loaves of Table Bread. Lightly hopped with Saaz for bittering, mixed fermented in stainless, and conditioned in bottles for at least one year.
