Baking Instructions:

Whip a) 2 large eggs with b) ¾ cup good quality oil or melted and cooled butter plus c) 1 ½ cups fruit butter/applesauce/mashed bananas -or- grated carrots or zucchini. Fold in the dry ingredients of this bag (400g). Turn out into loaf pan (or muffin pan) and bake at 350˚F for 30-40 min, or until the top rises and cracks, and the edges are browned, and a knife or toothpick comes out clean when pierced into the center.
