“Münich” style malt inspired by local Pennsylvania-German heritage, with notes of toasted bread, burnt nuts, & rich malt sweetness. The Dutch is perfect for bock, märzen, altbier, or oktoberfest recipes, or any beer (or spirit) with a malt-focused melanoidin flavor profile. This is our most flavorful diastatic ingredient.
