Deer Creek / Triple Bottom Brewing collaboration “Country Bubbles” is a riot of effervescence and lime zest. A barley, wheat, and rye grist is fermented with farmhouse saison yeast then dry hopped with Motueka hops, producing an aroma of citrus and tropical fruit.
