Deer Creek Malthouse is committed to positively impacting our community through continuing education, research, advocacy, and fiscal contributions. While our desire is to better connect agricultural producers with food and beverage artisans, it does not stop there. We contribute more than $50,000 annually to regional agriculture and value chain coordination activities that benefit everyone who works with grain and malt. The Philadelphia Grain & Malt Symposium, which we co-founded with the University of Sciences, attracts hundreds of industry professionals each year to educate, network and share products made with grain and malt.
