A collaboration with Chatty Monks Brewing Company (Reading, PA), “Adapt And Overcome: Danger Zone” is a 6.3% Pale Ale with Keystone Pale and Vienna malt. Strata and Triple Pearl hops were added at various points in the brew to offer consumers flavors and aroma of pineapple, papaya, melon, and berry with a dank and grassy finish. Collaboration brew with Urban Village Brewing Company. This delicious cloudy pilsner is made exclusively with Deer Creek PA malts. We combined equal parts of our 3 favorite base malts from them which are their Colonial Pilsner, Pale Wheat and Pale Rye. The outcome is a cloudy easy drinking delicious pilsner with some wonderful malt flavors from the variety of grains as well as Deer Creek’s floor malting process.

Electrify uses a unique grain bill of Pale Sorghum malt, Pale Corn malt, and Small Valley Mills Rolled Oats. These gluten-free grains contribute crisp flavor and lighy body to complement whirlpool and double dry hop additions of Cascade and Centennial. While the Pilsner expresses a sweet and clean profile loaded with hay and fresh dough, a dose of pale spelt–from PA’s own Suyundalla Farms and Small Valley Milling–contributes a hint of nuts and spice. Meanwhile, classic Pilsner Noble hops Saaz and Hallertau team up with Magnum to yield a Kölsch that is spicy and fruity with balanced bitterness.
